Coming changes to Updates portal
Over the coming months we are making some significant changes to the way we deliver support and product information. This includes the introduction of a new support portal at http://support.digitalbrain.com and the migration of the information contained in this portal to the Digitalbrain corporate CMS.

This will allow us to publish service and site release information as a blog. This change is due to take place over the coming month. More information will be posted here prior to going live but if you want to see the work in progress you can do so here
Site Release 1.6 - Released 30th August
In order to support the beginning of a new school year Digitalbrain have made a number of improvements to our course and assignment functionality:
- Assignments can now be given a release date, until which time they are hidden from students on a course
- Additional details now provided when when exporting mark book from a course
- Administrators can now view mark books even if they are not teachers on a course

London Met Training Course
Digitalbrain have been working with London Metropolitan University improve the relevance of our training. As a result we are now pleased to offer the course Implementation of Learning technology
New Support Portal
In order to help us deliver the level of support our customers expect we are pleased to introduce a new support portal to help track queries raised with our support team.
The portal can be accessed at http://support.digitalbrain.com and allows you to register and view, comment on, open new and close old tickets raised with our support department. Full instructions on the new portal can be found at the above address
Webmail Migration
With 99% of the Digitalbrain user base now successfully migrated we anticipate one final night of migration (3rd September) and then all 2 million Digitalbrain accounts will have been successfully migrated.
This represents over 2 terabytes of e-mail data moved to our new platform.
Updates to RSS functionality
Following the increased usage of RSS feeds after the release of the Contemporary homepage, we have undertaken a program of work to improve the look and functionality of our RSS viewer.
